Amcor have appointed Graeme Liebelt as non-executive director from yesterday (1 April).
Liebelt had been managing director and chief executive officer of Orica Limited for six and a half years.
He held senior positions including managing director of Dulux, chairman of Incitec, director of Incitec Pivot and chief executive of Orica Mining Services during 22 years with the ICI Australia/Orica group.
Liebelt is on the Boards of the Business Council of Australia, Melbourne Business School and the Global Foundation.
Amcor’s chairman, Chris Roberts, said: “My fellow board members and I welcome Mr Liebelt as an Amcor board member and look forward to his contribution.”
