Coesia Group finalises Oystar NA deal
The deal for the company, formerly part of Oystar Group, was announced in October and covers packaging machinery, including pouch filling and cartooning, cup filling and sealing and bottle filling.
R.A Jones & Co. has revenues of over $200m (€160m), two US based sites in Davenport, Iowa and Covington, Kentucky, over 550 employees and more than 70 patents worldwide.
