Emballator Lagan Plast acquires Bra Plast
Emballator Lagan Plast has acquired Bra Plast in Vittsjö AB, Sweden to offer a broader product portfolio and faster to market development.
Bra Plast has customers in Finland, England, Germany, France, Holland, Belgium, Austria, Hungary and Poland with a turnover of €7m.
Bra Plast produces injection moulded plastic containers for the bakery and confectionery markets. Emballator Lagan Plast develops, produces and markets plastic buckets and cans for food and chemicals.
"Emballator Lagan Plast positive trend continues and even if the primary focus is organic growth, we add acquisitions when opportunities arise,” said Christian Silvasti, managing director and CEO of Emballator Lagan Plast.
“Emballator Lagan Plast now passes €38m in sales and becomes a leader in several branch industry sections in the Northern Europe.”
