The proposed regulations will enforce the European Commission Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011 on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food – known also as the Plastic Implementation Measure (PIM).
The FSA is awaiting comment from industry figures, enforcement authorities, port health authorities and consumers on the proposal
