Acting chairman and CEO Richard (Dick) Evans will remain on the board as lead independent director.

The Constellium board of directors said: “He is a proven leader with an impressive track record of growing technologically advanced, industrial companies on a global scale and has the advantage of previous experience within the aluminium sector.

“We are pleased that Dick has agreed to remain on the Board in the position of Lead Independent Director, so that Constellium may continue to take advantage of his decades of experience in the aluminium industry,” they added.
