Sigma Packaging expansion leads to rebranding
Sigma Packaging has expanded its product and service offerings beyond packaging machinery to include processing and support equipment and will rename the company SIGMA Equipment, effective August 1, 2015.
Rob Palmer, company founder, Sigma Packaging said the company now serves significantly more industry sectors than when it was founded in 2003.
SIGMA Equipment maintains an inventory with more than 200 categories serving the food & beverage, pharmaceutical, health & beauty, consumer goods, and contract packaging sectors.
"The secondary market for packaging and processing equipment has expanded greatly over the last 12 years,” added Palmer.
"SIGMA Equipment will continue to help both buyers and sellers of used equipment achieve higher ROI faster with greater convenience, while using fewer internal resources."
SIGMA’s website will remain as Sigma Packaging while the new site is under development.
