The company saw its turnover rise from €1.6bn (CHF 1.9bn) in 2010 to €1.8bn (CHF 2.2bn) in 2011, an increase of 12.5% in actual terms. Bühler said this translated as 9% organic growth in local currencies
“The Food Processing division was largely able to maintain its level of new orders. The increase is primarily due to Asia, but Europe and South American also developed well,” it said.
The company will announce the full details of its 2011 results at its annual media conference in Uzwil on March 22, 2012.
