Lechler said its spray controller offers various functions and timing modes that can be selected by operator to customise spray performance. It controls the performance of spray headers such as those used for adding coatings to food and pharmaceutical products.
The company's AirMist and ViscoMist range of air atomising nozzles add to the coating precision when connected to the controller.
The controller platform is part of what Lechler calls its new "Plug & Spray" technology, an approach that uses a modular design, allowing the system to be flexible according to the application and expanded to fit other processing needs.
The unit is also targeted at research and development centres, Lechler stated.
