A new microwave level transmitter can monitor liquid levels in situations where measurements are difficult due to vapors, dust, or pressure.

Radareye is built for measurements in pressurised vessels. It features pushbutton calibration, a communication module and a multi-colored display to help users read the information in difficultlight situations.

The monitor, by Levelsonic, is designed for the food and beverage sector. The Radareye works by sending a high frequency electromagnetic wave to the surface being measured.

The time taken for the wave to return to the antenna is divided by two to calculate the distance from the antenna tip to the surface being measured.
