FoodProductionDaily.com is launching its first online Operational Efficiency month for the Food & Beverage industry from February 3-28, 2014.

The biggest challenge for food and drink manufacturers is to boost profitability through increased efficiencies in the production process. At the same time, these companies have to comply with a series of standards such as ISO 22000 as well as requirements from regulators.
