Pascal M. Roger has joined Treofan Group as Executive Vice President, Manufacturing Operations and will commence his role from the start of 2013.
His focus will be on improving global footprint in production, process technology, maintenance, and engineering services, along with implementing lean manufacturing practices.
Roger has held international management positions at the aluminium conversion company Constellium and was Corporate Director Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement based in Zurich, Switzerland.
Treofan recently bought the bi-axially orientated polypropylene (BOPP) business from Max India for $97m to grow in the Asian markets.
