Langley Holdings has acquired the business and assets of Bradman Lake, a UK-based packaging machine provider.
The company also has subsidiaries in Germany and the US.
Bradman Lake produces integrated cartoning, wrapping and end of line packaging systems sold throughout Europe.
The employs around 350 people world wide and has annual revenues of about €50m, Langley Holding said.
Langley is a privately owned UK based engineering conglomerate, employing about 2,500 people world wide.
Langley is on a path to grow globally. The company has made acquisitions in Germany, France and the UK since the 1990s. The group has three subsidiaries in the US with others in Europe, Australia and the Far East.
