In the UK, the Institute of Packaging has launched a new leaflet to highlight the updated benefits of its membership.
Entitled Member Benefits: A guide to benefits for members of The Institute of Packaging, the leaflet outlines details for both prospective and current members, including information concerning new membership grades, legal advice, healthcare, the Institute's annual Packaging Directory & Review, free subscriptions and Starpack Awards.
Rebecca Clark, acting marketing and membership manager at the Institute, commented: "We feel that it is imperative that our current and prospective members are fully aware of the wide range of benefits open to them.
"Importantly, the guide provides information concerning the new membership structure, which includes Student, Affiliate, Elected and Diploma Members, new educational and training opportunities, members only website, branch networking and dedicated job search and career support.
"We are committed to improving, wherever possible, our services and benefits to members and would encourage people to familiarise themselves with them to ensure that they receive the most from their membership."
