The new CEFLEX-21 combines case erecting and bag inserting in one compact machine and reaches a maximum speed of 16 cases per minute . The machine allows the use of thin cartons and makes made-to-measure bags from a reel.

Easy-to-use & compact

For the operator’s convenience there’s one operating touch panel and an ergonomic tape exchange. The machine, which is available in tape and hotmelt version, is developed to easily and quickly change over to the required case format. Because of the very compact foot print and width below 1,8m, the machine can be integrated in almost any layout.

More efficient packaging process and lower cost

A controlled case erecting process is guaranteed thanks to the failsafe concept to individually separate and open the blanks. On top of that the case is clamped at three sides during case flap folding. The synchronised chain guiding system ensures a squared case during taping, guaranteeing a trouble-free packaging process.

The mechanical gripper system guarantees a failsafe bag opening and insertion and makes it possible to use very thin PE-film. During bag insertion the machine controls the position of the case flaps to minimize the bag dimensions. On top of that the bag length is fully automatically adjusted according to the case height, to provide every single case height with the appropriate bag length. This ensures more efficiency and lower film cost, with savings up to 30%. The lined cases are ready to be filled and perfectly protect your product from dust and humidity.
