IFFA 2013 – The number 1 for the meat industry
From 4 to 9 May 2013 the international meat industry will meet up at IFFA in Frankfurt am Main. Messe Frankfurt is expecting some 950 exhibitors from 47 countries, including all the market leaders. Companies will present their innovations in an exhibition area of more than 100,000 square metres.
Innovations all the way along the processing chain
IFFA is the most important platform worldwide for innovation in the industry's investment goods. Manufacturers will be presenting their products and technological developments for the entire meat processing chain from slaughtering and butchering, processing and seasoning to packaging and sales.
High levels of internationality
The level of international participation amongst both exhibitors and visitors at the fair is extraordinarily high: 55 percent of suppliers and 59 percent of the trade visitors travel to Germany from abroad. The top ten exhibitor nations are: Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, USA, France, Denmark, Austria, Switzerland and Poland.
2013 sees new exhibition centre layout
IFFA will appear with a new, optimised layout. Hall 11 is to be used for the first time. Exhibitors from the fields of packaging, supply facilities and measuring and weighing technology will present their innovations on both floor levels. In addition, leading suppliers in the field of processing - cutting will also be located in Hall 11.1.
