FrymaKoruma has set up an FK HelpLine for emergency operating and process help.
A hotline team will take a customer’s call and pass the case on to the best expert who is most competent to handle it.
Queries linked to processing or formulations, for example, are assigned to a specialist at ProTec, the process technology and training centre.
However, if electronic control or hardware aspects need clarifying, it will be passed on to the Automation department.
A spokesman for FrymaKoruma said the FK HelpLine reflects the Romaco Group’s customer philosophy.
“Technical support means less downtime and higher productivity with FrymaKoruma technologies around the globe,” he said.
