The German giant said its subsidiary Sigpack Systems AG, based in Beringen, Switzerland, has become Bosch Packaging Systems AG.
Paal Verpackungsmaschinen GmbH in Remshalden, Germany, is now known as Bosch Packaging Systems GmbH.
Both name changes came into force from 1 February, 2011. The firms’ product lines will continue to exist under the Bosch name.
“The renaming highlights Bosch’s strategic approach to provide an even wider variety of solutions from one source,” said a company statement.
