Hoffer Plastics unveils ‘T’-shaped cap
Hoffer Plastics has launched the Trust-T-Lok and Trust-T-Lok R spout, for single serve pouches.
Trust-T-Lok comes in a rounded cap version and has been chosen by Dole to use on its Squish’ems apple sauce products.
The ‘T’-shaped cap meets all CPSC choke-proof specifications, provides tamper evidence and easy-grip shape and texture.
Trust-T-Lok R, is suitable for baby food pouches for toddlers.
Hoffer Plastics celebrates more than 60 years in plastic product design, design and manufacture of injection molds and precision molding.
Both products have a plug seal that maintains seal integrity for one full rotation of the cap and remains sealed at three-quarters of a turn, which means shelf-life is not compromised if the cap is accidently turned.
For co-packers, the design assures there will be no leaks during the filling process.
