FoodProductionDaily.com caught up with Ishida Europe’s Ulrich Nielson to talk about its new traysealer the QX-775 Flex.
The director of business solutions said the machine has been designed to work with any traysealing technology, materials and product allowing the firm to “cover the entire marketplace”.
The upgraded version contains a host of advanced features including new infeed with an automatic buffer system, the ability to roll out the film at the same time as making the impression, which allows for improved printing and faster film movement.
Designed for rapid and easy changeovers and has an intelligent control system that includes the ability to automatically set integrated film coding, gas mixing and analysing.
Individual sealing heads can be disabled in the event of an error allowing the equipment to continue running. It automatically adjusts the tray feed to suit.
